Regular members still can't submit art

I know, it's a thing that has to be promoted, I can't fix it.

you should be able to as the group's Founder, though. Could you promote me to a higher level and I could see if I could fix it?

I also don't want to have people going crazy and posting things they shouldn't. I've already had to deal with that problem a few times...
